async fetch(input: RequestInfo, init: RequestInit) → Promise<Response>

Sends an outbound HTTP(S) request. Private, loopback, link-local, and Weeble service addresses are blocked, including after redirects and DNS resolution. Requests time out after 10 seconds by default. Responses are buffered and limited to 10 MiB by default; exceeding the limit rejects with RangeError. A caller-provided abort signal is honored.
